Fixed Price Loft Clearance (Relocation Only) • Small loft (up to 30 m²) — £220 • Medium loft (30–50 m²) — £320 • Large loft (50–70 m²) — £420 • Extra-large loft (70–100 m²) — £520 What Loft Clearance Includes • Moving light, loose stored items within the loft. • Stacking or repositioning items to clear working areas. • Returning items to agreed locations after insulation (where possible). What Loft Clearance Does Not Include • Removal or disposal of items. • Heavy furniture, appliances, or fitted storage. • Bagging or waste removal. • Moving items down from the loft. What Happens When You Book • Select the appropriate loft size. • Book your preferred time slot. • We attend and carry out the loft clearance.
