All Prices Include VAT ❄️ Loft Floor Insulation (Standard Installation): • Small loft (up to 30 m²) — £1,350 • Medium loft (30–50 m²) — £1,600 • Large loft (50–70 m²) — £2,000 • Extra-large loft (70–100 m²) — £2,600 What’s Included: • Supply and installation of 200mm glass mineral wool insulation • Installed between and over ceiling joists for full coverage • Ventilation paths maintained to help prevent condensation • Installed to current best-practice standards • Clean, tidy completion with minimal disruption Existing insulation is retained where suitable unless agreed otherwise. What’s Not Included (priced separately): • Loft boarding or raised storage platforms • Removal or relocation of stored items • Water tank adjustments or electrical alterations • Insulation to roof slopes or walls EPC Assessment Support: On completion, Mr FXA Home provides a detailed invoice confirming insulation type, coverage area, thickness (200mm), and installation date, along with photographic evidence showing installation and depth. This is commonly accepted by EPC assessors where insulation cannot be visually inspected. Privately commissioned works are not eligible for retrospective grant funding.
