Each installation is carefully planned and fitted to suit your loft space, with attention given to maintaining safe access to key services such as pipework and wiring where practical. All prices include materials, labour, and UK-wide delivery, giving you a complete, hassle-free service from start to finish. Loft Boarding (Raised Above Insulation): • Up to 15 m² — £1,500 • 15–25 m² — £2,250 • 25–35 m² — £3,000 • 35–50 m² — £3,900 • 50–70 m² — £5,100 What’s included: • Raised loft legs to preserve full insulation depth. • 18–22mm tongue & groove structural loft boards. • Fixings and trimming around obstructions. • Safe access maintained to key services where practical. Exclusions (priced separately): • Water tank relocation. • Electrical alterations. • Fire-rated or bespoke access hatches. • Boarding beyond agreed storage areas. Most installations are completed within a single day, depending on loft size and access. Clear access to the loft area is required prior to installation.
