200 mm mineral wool loft floor insulation installed to modern best-practice standards, helping to reduce heat loss and improve comfort throughout the home. Installed insulation thickness and photographic evidence are provided to support future EPC assessments. What’s included • Supply and installation of 200 mm glass mineral wool loft insulation • Insulation installed between and over ceiling joists • Care taken to maintain ventilation paths • Insulation installed to modern best-practice standards • Clean and tidy completion Note: Existing insulation is retained where present unless otherwise agreed. ________________________________________ What’s not included (priced separately) • Loft boarding or raised storage platforms • Removal or relocation of stored items • Water tanks or electrical alterations • Insulation to roof slopes or walls ________________________________________ 📄 EPC Assessment – What We Provide Although we are not a scheme-accredited installer, EPC assessors base their assessments on verified construction details, not installer accreditation. Where insulation is concealed after installation, EPC assessors typically rely on documentary and photographic evidence. On completion of the works, we will provide: • A detailed invoice / completion record confirming: o Areas insulated o Insulation type o Installed thickness (200 mm) o Date of installation • Photographic evidence taken during installation, clearly showing: o Insulation in place o Depth where possible This information can be supplied directly to an EPC assessor and is commonly accepted where insulation cannot be visually inspected at a later date.
